Story

“What began small, grew strong — with family values at its heart.”

Pristine Services Brisbane was created from humble beginnings and a simple vision: to bring genuine care, detail, and passion back into cleaning. As a single mother of three, I first built this business around my bookkeeping hours, determined to create something meaningful while supporting my family. What I saw within the industry was a gap — too often, work was rushed, with little pride in the results left behind. I knew there had to be a better way.

Over time, what started as a small venture grew into something bigger, and now, together with my partner Lee, Pristine Services Brisbane has become a true team effort. We bring different strengths but share the same values: reliability, trust, and an obsession with detail.

Brieana's background includes providing cleaning services for high-level clients, including Gold Coast Health executives in their private homes, where discretion and impeccable standards were essential. Lee brings years of experience in the insurance and restoration industries, where he gained extensive knowledge in property care, repair, and maintenance. Together, this has given us a unique depth of expertise — from everyday cleaning to more complex restoration and property solutions.

Today, Pristine Services Brisbane is more than just a cleaning company. It’s a family-run business built on passion, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping our clients elevate their homes and workplaces.
